One of the biggest challenges of business today is having a skilled workforce to help grow your business. I am the Board Chair for the Workforce Board of Central New Mexico and have been working to improve our workforce and create more opportunity to build synergies that will benefit job seekers. Upskill Sandoval is an excellent example of how a partnership amongst entities could help cover the costs of upskilling and reskilling Sandoval County residents, so they can obtain high paying positions.
The State Workforce Board is considering a realignment of regional workforce boards to improve performance, better prepare our workforce and create opportunity.
