Why is SHOPPING LOCAL important?

• Shopping locally keeps more money in New Mexico and puts your hard-earned dollars to work right here in your community.

• Small business owners are part of the community. They provide jobs and are more likely to sponsor local sports teams, and support local nonprofit organizations.

• Local businesses provide better service. Small business owners typically hire people with a better understanding of their products and services. They will also take more time to get to know their customers.
