Local Businesses raise $14,000 to Support Families Impacted by the Grants Balsam Fire

In a heartfelt response to the Grants Balsam Fire, local businesses have come together to raise $14,000 to support families impacted by the fire.

Pizza 9 locations across New Mexico, recently held a fundraiser, donating 100% of their profits to support familiesaffected by the devastating Grants Balsam Fire. Thanks to overwhelming community support, a total of $5,973.43 wasraised to assist families directly impacted by this tragedy.

With the fire so close to home, the Pizza 9 Grants location saw overwhelming support. In response, they made anadditional donation, ultimately contributing $4,000 of the total raised. Two other local businesses, Southwest HomeCare and Taylor Services, each donated $4,000 as well, bringing the combined total to $14,000.

On behalf of all the donors, the Pizza 9 Grants Team presented a check to the Knights of Columbus for $14,000, who will ensure the funds are distributed directly to the affected families.
Pizza 9 would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to the fundraiser. They extend a specialappreciation to their dedicated team members, who worked very hard to support this effort, the community, forshowing up in such strong numbers and the media, for helping spread the word.
