Exciting News: RRRCC is Upgrading to a New Member Experience!
We are pleased to share news of an important step forward for our Chamber and for you, our valued members. We are upgrading our membership management system to a new and more advanced platform. This modernization is an investment in better technology, stronger connections, and a more seamless experience for every member of our business community.
What to Expect
All of your existing data was securely and seamlessly transferred into the new system. As part of this transition, our website portals have also been updated, and your basic directory listing has moved over automatically. You will have the ability to review and update your company information at any time, ensuring your business is accurately and effectively represented.
If you currently have outstanding invoices, those will transfer as well. You will soon receive a new emailed invoice that includes a simple and secure link to pay online, and no login required.
Watch for Your Member Portal Invitation
Later this afternoon, you will receive an email invitation to activate your new Member Portal. The email address we have on file will serve as your username, and you will be prompted to create your own password. This portal will be your gateway to managing your engagement with the Chamber. If you DO NOT receive, please check your spam folder then if still not received email Audra@rrrcc.org or call Audra, Susan or Lisa at 505-892-1533 to resend the invitation.
What You Can Do in the Member Portal
Your new portal offers powerful tools designed to keep you informed, connected, and in control of your business presence within the Chamber.
Through the portal, you will be able to:
- Update your contact and company details, upload your logo and manage your employees
- Keep your business listing current on the Chamber website
- Insert SEO keywords so that customers searching for services can find your business For example, an insurance agency may add “liability insurance” in the SEO section
- Submit events directly for our community calendar on your portal
- View upcoming event registrations and your complete event history
- See real-time invoice and payment statuses, and download invoice PDFs
