In your opinion, what sets the Chamber apart from other business organizations in the area?
The RR Chamber and its members are simply more engaged than the other local business organizations with whom I am acquainted. The committee-style organization for the directors involves and empowers the members in ways that these other organizations do not. Like many other members, I have a pretty clear understanding of my responsibilities and the expectations from the other committee members.
How has the Chamber helped you connect with other businesses and professionals in the community?
I am new to the Chamber in my role as an active member. I have attended many lunches and functions over the past 12 years through my responsibilities at Chalmers Ford and have met many leaders and members of the Chamber. We are committed to becoming and being a great organization in a great community. We are in a great community – we intend to make meaningful contributions to Rio Rancho, Sandoval County, our State and Country.
