What do you believe distinguishes the Chamber from other business organizations in the area?
In my opinion, what makes the Chamber stand out from other organizations is the people. The Chamber Staff, Board, & Committee members are all very dedicated to the mission of the Chamber and it is reflected in the quality of events put on by the Chamber. The Chamber has a huge reach because of the hard work of the people supporting it. Members are provided an excellent return on their investment, and it is all made possible by the efforts and support of the people involved.
How has the Chamber helped you connect with other businesses and professionals in the community?
I got started with the Chamber by being fortunate enough to participate in Leadership Sandoval. This experience really opened my eyes to all that is going on in the region. There are so many businesses and organizations doing amazing things around here and I would not have known the true depths of these without the Leadership Sandoval program. Additionally, my classmates in the program were all professionals from a wide variety of different fields and industries. It was a wonderful experience and a very valuable opportunity for building connections that will last well into the future. That all of this came from just of one of the programs available through the Chamber is really a great illustration of the many opportunities and benefits offered by the Chamber.
