In your opinion, what sets the Chamber apart from other business organizations in the area?
The Chamber is constantly looking for new ways to promote, assist, and market small businesses. They know that small businesses are the foundation of the community and understand the importance of keeping small businesses healthy and prosperous. The Chamber has developed programs to educate small business owners so they have the tools to be successful, offers a variety of free and low cost advertising options and there are many opportunities to network each month.
How has the Chamber helped you connect with other businesses and professionals in the community?
The Chamber offers a wide variety of networking groups that meet monthly — Veterans, Women, Visionaries, Business is Brewing, and the big networking event. I attend as many of these gatherings as I can to connect with other professionals and promote my business. I have been a member of the Ambassador group for many years and it provides an extra opportunity to meet and welcome new businesses into our Chamber.
