Food & Beverage Exhibitor/Sponsors

All Food & Beverage Exhibitors must get a temporary health permit from the New Mexico Environmental Health Division & equipment as required by the permit to exhibit.

Companies who wish to provide Food & Beverage is an exchange of products and services, no cash investment required.

Food & Beverage vendors will be able to sell from your booth, and responsible for all monies and taxes collected and reported on sales from your booth.
Food & Beverage vendors are responsible for the 12% MPEC Surcharge per city ordinance for all sales at the event.  This surcharge takes the place of GRT and you will not need to pay GRT for sales at the event only the MPEC Surcharge.

If you need electricity of over 100 watts a charge of $100 is required with registration form.

 The Rio Rancho Regional Chamber of Commerce will provide F&B exhibitors/sponsors with:

  • A Standard 10’ x 10’ booth space (pipe  & drape 8’ back panel, 3” side panels)
  • Standard electrical outlet (higher voltage outlet may be requested for a fee of $100)
  • Booth package includes one table, two chairs, and a ID sign
  • Signage at the event recognizing all F&B sponsors
  • Listing on Chamber’s website
  • Listing in event program guide
  • Twenty (20) complimentary Expo tickets ($100 value)

 Food & Beverage (F&B) Exhibitors/Sponsors agree to:

  • Responsible for obtaining a temporary health permit from New Mexico Environmental Health Division & equipment required by the permit to exhibit.
    Responsible for the 12% MPEC Surcharge per city ordinance for all sales at the event.  This surcharge takes the place of GRT and you will not need to pay GRT for sales at the event only the MPEC Surcharge.
  • Guarantee food and/or beverage items to serve approximately 750 + attendees
    Food vendors can only sell or provide food, no beverages please.
  • F&B move-in and setup is 7:00 am to 9:30 am on April 20, 2013
  • Must be ready to serve by 10:00 am on April 20, 2013Setup and take down of exhibit space area are exhibitor’s responsibility
  • Bring menus, brochures, flyers, business cards, coupons to promote your business
  • Complete all forms and documents required
  • Comply with all terms for exhibiting at $5 All You Can Expo 2013
  • Provide service items (plates, napkins, utensils, condiments, etc.)
  • Provide staffing for exhibit booth throughout the duration of the event
  • Exhibits may not be torn down before 4:00 pm

Registration deadline for all Food & Beverage Sponsors is April 12, 2013

Failure to attend will result in a charge of $550 to the company for the full cash value of a booth space.There are no exceptions.
